JRAW Pillars
Education & Awareness
We teach young people how to stay safe, make informed choices, and understand the realities they may face — from relationships and consent to online safety and exploitation. All workshops are age-appropriate, interactive, and designed to empower through knowledge.
Emotional Regulation & Support
We provide safe spaces for young people to express, process, and release what they’re holding. Through holistic group sessions, 1:1 support, and emotional wellness workshops, we support their journey toward emotional regulation, resilience, and inner peace. Preparing them for what life may bring.
Empowerment & Support
We help young people rediscover who they are, explore their passions, and step into their potential. Through mentoring, confidence-building, and our programmes, we guide them from surviving to thriving — with purpose, clarity, and self-belief. Working with other community groups to help them reach their goals!
Our Commitment
At JRAW Foundation, our mission is to protect, empower, and uplift vulnerable young people through every stage of their journey. We create safe, trauma informed spaces where they can learn, heal and grow; offering practical education, emotional support, and purpose-driven guidance.
Rooted in lived experience, we are committed to breaking the silence around difficult and often unspoken topics. Our work ensures every young person feels seen, heard and equipped to thrive.
With a rise in violence against women and girls (VAWG), we place a special focus on protection and awareness to keep our next generation of young women safe and informed !

The joy the kids get when they know their mentor is coming?! They never use to like doing homework with me lol. But since they joined JRAW Foundation the stress of homework has been taken off both me and the kids

It taught me stuff that I didn't know like buying stuff for you isn't always a kind gesture & that everything has a meaning.

Jecs is an amazing mentor to my children and I’ve seen the confidence in them grow. They feel safe to express themselves to their mentor, which especially as a mum you always hope your kids have someone they can trust completely in case they can’t open up to you.
